Namaste! I’m Meg Cabezas, founder of Kind Yoga, and I adore sharing the numerous benefits of practicing yoga to people of all ages, all shapes and all levels of experience in a way that is fun, supportive and meaningful. I received my 200-hour teaching certificate in yoga in 2017 at the Yoga Farm in Lansing, NY. Over the years, my passion and devotion to yoga has led me to study many of the active forms of yoga such as Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, Kundalini, Iyengar and Ashtanga Yoga. I believe that yoga, coupled with my experience in guided Meditations, Breathwork, Mindfulness, Somatic Movement, Qi Gong and Energy Healing, have the power to cultivate physical, emotional, and spiritual transformation in EveryBody! If you are seeking wholeness, healing, health, vitality, and connection you’ve come to the right place! Sat Nam! XOXO Meg
P.S. Sat Nam means Truth is my identity. When it is used to say hello or goodbye it means I see the Truth in You as well as in MySelf. How beautiful is that!?!
