In Kind Yoga’s Private, Small Group and Corporation classes we will mindfully weave a tapestry of gentle yoga, meditation, breath work, Qi Gong, somatics, restorations and deep rest from a variety of movement and yoga modalities and traditions.  We offer soothing postures and stretches that relax, rejuvenate, build strength, stamina, and alignment that results in an increase of energy, vitality and health.
